We gladly accept returns for exchanges, contact Maui Ceramics within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Item must be ship back within 30 days of the delivery date.

I can’t accept returns on custom or personalized orders. These items can’t be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of customization, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for the conditions of the return including shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If we’re sold out of the serving platter the turnaround time to create another one takes from start to finish will be approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
